Not only did Amanda and Pete provide exceptional hospitality, but they truly went above and beyond by returning the documents I accidentally left behind, showcasing their utmost care for their guests. the ironing facilities in the room were a convenient touch that made my stay even more comfortable, allowing me to look sharp for my activities in town. the heating in the room was perfect, keeping me warm and cozy during the chilly evenings. the tea and coffee facilities were a delightful perk, especially when paired with the sitting area where I could unwind and enjoy a hot beverage while watching the flat-screen TV in the evenings. Overall, my experience at the Florence Guesthouse was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Whitby.
